Delivery costs and times in Europe and the rest of the world
The Site delivers "quasiment" all over the world, with a financial contribution to the shipping costs, varying according to the country of dispatch. Currently, the site automatically calculates the delivery costs according to the destination address for all European countries selected below. Shipments are made via the DPD carrier upon receipt of payment, with tracking number.
* The delivery times vary on average from 3 to 5 days from the date of dispatch. The site undertakes to ship the orders within three working days of their validation.
Delivery to other European and world countries
Please contact us by email at info@merveyl.com or by telephone on +32 (0)2 478.95.17 for a free quotation, specifying the code of the article, the number of cartons, the legal status of the buyer (company or individual) and the destination address.
Upon receipt of payment, the order will be shipped within 2-3 business days to the address provided. The client will ensure the accuracy of the information provided. All re-shipment costs resulting from a customer error will be borne by the customer. Under no circumstances will the Site be liable for delays in delivery due to errors or disruptions that would be the responsibility of the carrier.
The Site makes every effort to ensure that the packaging of the products ensures that they are protected. At the time of delivery, the customer will check the status of the products received and will immediately inform Merveyl® by email at info@merveyl.com

Right of withdrawal and return:
If one of the items purchased on the Website is not suitable for the Customer, the Customer shall have fifteen (15) calendar days from the day following the day of delivery to waive his purchase, without penalty and without justification, in accordance with European and national laws applicable to these terms of delivery.
Within this period, the Customer must notify the Seller of its intention to make use of its right of withdrawal. In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us by registered mail at the address of the head office: Merveyl® _ Dooren 97, Industrial Zoning D. B-1785 Merchtem. The Customer will receive a confirmation by email.
As of the Customer's expressed intention to return all or part of his order, he has 10 calendar days to return the products to the Seller. If this period is not respected, the Customer will be deprived of his right to withdraw, and will have to proceed with the payment of his order.
The return to the Seller will take place at the Seller's address, unless otherwise directed to the Customer, and by any means of transport at the Customer's choice, which must keep proof of shipment: Merveyl® _ Dooren 97, Industrial Zoning D. B-1785 Merchtem. The costs and risks associated with the return shipment are borne by the Customer.
In the event of the Customer's use of his right of withdrawal, in accordance with the terms agreed to in the preceding paragraph, the Seller undertakes to refund the purchase price to the Customer, if already paid, not later than thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of the return package by the Seller. On the other hand, the costs of preparation and delivery in addition to a flat fee of 5€ for the Benelux and 10€ for the rest of Europe remain due even if the parcel is fully returned.
This reimbursement will be made as follows:
If the Customer has paid the payment of his order by credit card, after verification of the returned items, a credit will be charged to the credit card used by the Customer to pay the purchase price of the returned items, less the amounts of the purchase voucher or discounts used to pay the order. The Customer will be reimbursed according to the terms and conditions agreed with the card issuing bank. If the Customer has settled his order by another form of payment, the refund will be made by bank transfer to the bank account number which he has indicated on the registered mail.
The Customer will not be able to make use of this right of withdrawal if the Products delivered have clearly been the subject of sustainable use (beyond a few minutes), have been damaged or have missing parts. The products must be returned properly protected, in their original packaging, in a perfect condition of resale (not damaged, damaged or soiled by the Customer). Items returned but not acceptable in return are kept at the address of the Seller, at the disposal of the Customer who is required to take them back and pay for them. In case of abnormal or abusive returns, Merveyl® reserves the right to refuse a subsequent order.
