At Merveyl, luxury meets responsibility. Our collection is manufactured using injection molding made from sugar cane juice (I'm green™ EVA). Each pair is molded in one single piece, without assembly, designed to meet the standards of premium spas and hotels. A superior guest experience that significantly reduces your carbon footprint.

The process involves melting bio-based polymer beads (EVA) and injecting the material under high pressure. Unlike thermoforming, injection molding creates a part with precise details and a robust structure, molded as a single block. Color is integrated via a masterbatch directly into the material. The mixture is heated until malleable before being injected, providing a consistent, deep, and long-lasting tint throughout the body of the sandal.
